In which The Gay Recluse is taken over by Zephyr.
This December is even more stressful that usual, thanks to the economy. Everyone keeps canceling their holiday parties!
And so what if you don’t get paid very much or have to work nights and weekends? At least you have a job!
Maybe some day the economy will improve.
Until it does, we’d most often rather be sleeping.

Great post and I totally feel that! Zephyr is beautiful. I would love to know that secret place where cats drift off into when they’re on their 15th or 16th nap of the day. Are their dreams more intense–do they cut to the chase. So many questions to ask when I cross over.
Zephyr frequently dreams about being scritched, fed, and played with by TGR, when TGR finally gets home from work.
