		<description><![CDATA[The bag is Con Eds.  they ripped up the sidewalk about 1.5 - 2 weeks ago.  seems they finished the work and left the concrete and other debris in the bags and probably wont come back for it.  If anyone wants to call 311, please be my guest.   You can also call the property manager for the building which the trash resides.  They have a contract with Con Ed for those vents below.  (646) 778.3204 (or is it 3206). Ask for the property manager.]]></description>
